Secondary Backing – Wool felt 100% wool

Wool felt to use as a backing to finish your tufted rug. The wool felt is made from wool fibers from the Merino sheep. You can order it in up to 90 colors. So you can create a beautiful and tasteful finish for your tufted carpet at any time.

The wool felt itself is produced in the EU, is eco-friendly and of the best quality. Is pure new wool, which makes it naturally dirt-repellent, fire-resistant and non-toxic and has the ōkotex quality mark.

This wool felt is available at Tuftopia in the following widths: 1.83 and 91 cm and is 1 mm thick (thicker is also possible, please request). If you want other sizes or colors than can be ordered here, please let me know and I’ll see if I can arrange it for you.
