Beautiful handmade Vintage Kantha Quilt
Handmade vintage quilt from India. The quilt is made from old saris that are stitched together. So there may be imperfections in the quilt.
Is reversible, i.e. with two layers of cotton quilted together with small stitches called kantha.
Can be used as a bedspread, blanket on the couch, but also nice as a beach towel, picnic blanket or yoga cloth!
The fabric is vintage but the quilt is new and comes straight from India. So I didn’t wash them. If you still want to wash the Kantha Quilt, you can do so by hand washing with a mild detergent.
